Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pixel Academy — pixelacademy.ge, the dashboard at app.pixelacademy.ge, and all related services. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. We've kept it short and direct.

01 · Who you're agreeing with

  • Pixel Academy LLC, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia. Address: Tengiz Abuladze St. #7, Tbilisi.

02 · Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to hold PUSDT, PXL, or trade on the OTC marketplace.
  • Course catalog browsing is available to anyone 13+.
  • You must comply with the laws of your country of residence. We may decline service to users in jurisdictions where our offering is restricted.

03 · What Pixel Academy offers

  • A bilingual education platform: a course catalog (links to pixelacademy.ge), Legendary Quests (paid simulations), an OTC marketplace for the PXL token, and a PUSDT credit wallet for on-platform spending.
  • Some features (the dashboard, real-money flows) require an account; the public landing page does not.
  • We may add, change, or remove features. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.

04 · PUSDT — platform credit, not a deposit

  • PUSDT is platform credit denominated in USDT. You purchase it 1:1 by sending real USDT to addresses we provide. The corresponding PUSDT is recorded on your wallet ledger.
  • PUSDT is legally a prepaid credit (similar to Steam Wallet or arcade tokens), NOT a bank deposit. It is not insured, earns no interest, and does not represent ownership in Pixel Academy.
  • Conversion back to USDT is admin-processed and costs 5%. Submit a request, the admin processes once daily, you receive 0.95 USDT per 1 PUSDT.
  • PUSDT cannot be transferred to other users directly; it moves only through OTC trades, Legendary Quests, or admin-processed conversions.

05 · PXL — fixed-supply token

  • PXL is a fixed-supply real-world-asset token issued by Pixel Academy. The total supply is sealed at genesis and seeded across the Academy treasury and pre-existing private investors.
  • No new PXL is ever minted post-genesis. All in-platform movements preserve total supply.
  • Pre-mainnet, PXL exists as a database ledger. At mainnet launch we will airdrop on-chain PXL to each holder's wallet from a snapshot of database balances.
  • Pixel Academy may issue PXL rewards to active players at its discretion. We do not promise any specific amount, schedule, or eligibility criteria.

06 · OTC marketplace

  • Users post buy or sell orders for PXL priced in PUSDT. Orders are publicly visible. Sellers manually choose which counterparty to propose a trade with; trades complete on mutual confirmation.
  • A 1% fee in PXL is charged on every completed trade and accrues to the Academy treasury.
  • Each user may have only one active order at a time. Posting a new order replaces the previous one.
  • We do not take custody of cleared funds beyond our own ledger entries. Disputes are resolved manually by the admin team.

07 · Legendary Quests

  • Legendary Quests are paid simulations. The PUSDT cost is non-refundable revenue to Pixel Academy.
  • Pixel Academy may, at its discretion and approximately weekly, transfer PXL from the treasury to selected players as a reward. We do not promise any specific amount or schedule. There is no guaranteed PXL return on a Legendary Quest purchase.
  • Treat Legendary Quests as paid educational content with an optional discretionary token reward, not as an investment.

08 · Courses

  • The dashboard course tab is a catalog with external links to existing pixelacademy.ge courses. Enrollment, payment, and progress tracking happen on pixelacademy.ge under separate terms.
  • Course completion certificates may be permanently stored on the Arweave blockchain when applicable.

09 · Prohibited conduct

  • No money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or other illegal activity.
  • No automated trading, scraping, or stress-testing of the OTC marketplace without our written permission.
  • No attempts to exploit bugs to mint, double-spend, or otherwise manipulate ledger balances. Disclose vulnerabilities responsibly to info@pixelacademy.ge.
  • No abusive, defamatory, or harassing conduct toward other users or staff.
  • Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any unconverted PUSDT and PXL balances, subject to admin review.

10 · Intellectual property

  • Pixel Academy, the Pixel Academy logo, the $PXL mark, course materials, and the platform itself are owned by Pixel Academy LLC.
  • User-generated content (display names, trade notes, dispute descriptions) remains your property. You grant us a license to display it on the platform as needed to operate the service.

11 · Disclaimers

  • Pixel Academy is an education and gaming platform. Nothing on the platform is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • PXL has no guaranteed value, no guaranteed liquidity, and no guaranteed listing on any external exchange.
  • We provide the platform "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12 · Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the total fees you have paid Pixel Academy in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by user error, lost passwords, unauthorized account access due to compromised credentials, market price fluctuations, or third-party service outages.

13 · Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by emailing info@pixelacademy.ge. Outstanding PUSDT can be converted via the standard 5%-fee process; outstanding PXL remains on the ledger and will be airdropped at mainnet to the wallet you specify.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where possible we will provide notice; in cases of suspected fraud or legal risk we may act immediately.

14 · Changes

  • We will post material changes to this page and notify registered users by email. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15 · Governing law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Tbilisi, unless an alternative dispute-resolution mechanism is agreed in writing.
