Privacy Policy

Pixel Academy LLC ("Pixel Academy", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have. Plain-language version, written to be read.

01 · Who we are

  • Pixel Academy LLC, a company registered in Tbilisi, Georgia, operating pixelacademy.ge and the dashboard at app.pixelacademy.ge.

02 · Information we collect

  • Account data when you sign up: email address, display name, locale preference.
  • Authentication data managed by our auth provider (Supabase): password hashes and session tokens. We never see or store your raw password.
  • Waitlist data when you join from the homepage: email, language, and an optional referral source.
  • Wallet ledger data when you use the dashboard: PUSDT balance, PXL balance, trade history, conversion requests. Pre-existing investors may have a PXL allocation seeded at genesis.
  • Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, request paths. Used for debugging and abuse prevention.
  • We do not collect or store payment card data. USDT is sent directly to wallet addresses provided by Tatum and the corresponding PUSDT credit is recorded on our ledger.

03 · How we use it

  • Operate your account, the dashboard, and the OTC marketplace.
  • Process PUSDT purchases and conversions back to USDT.
  • Send transactional email: account verification, password reset, trade confirmations, conversion status.
  • Issue blockchain-verified course certificates via Arweave when applicable.
  • Comply with tax, anti-money-laundering, and other legal obligations under Georgian law.

04 · Third parties we share with

  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage. Hosted in the EU.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Tatum — USDT deposit detection and hot wallet management.
  • Arweave — permanent storage of issued course certificates.
  • Our hosting provider (TBD before launch) — serving the landing and dashboard.
  • Tax and regulatory authorities when required by Georgian law.
  • We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

05 · Cookies

  • We use a small number of essential cookies. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
  • Authentication session (Supabase) — keeps you signed in to the dashboard.
  • Locale preference (next-intl) — remembers whether you chose English or Georgian.
  • You can clear these cookies at any time via your browser settings; you will simply be signed out and your locale will reset.

06 · Your rights

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your data, subject to record-keeping obligations under Georgian financial regulations (which may require us to retain ledger entries for a fixed period).
  • Withdraw consent — opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint — with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
  • To exercise any of these rights, email info@pixelacademy.ge from the address on your account.

07 · Data security

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all traffic.
  • Row-Level Security on every database table — users can only read their own rows; admins access via separate audited roles.
  • Passwords stored as one-way hashes by our auth provider.
  • Secrets and API keys stored only in server-side environment variables, never sent to the browser.
  • We will notify affected users without undue delay if we confirm a data breach.

08 · Children

  • Pixel Academy is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact info@pixelacademy.ge and we will delete it.

09 · Changes

  • We will post material changes to this page and email registered users when changes affect them. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
