01 · The model
Real-world asset
PXL represents a tokenized claim on the Pixel Academy business — not a generic utility token. Its value is tied to the company, not speculation.
Pre-mainnet ledger
Until on-chain launch, PXL lives as a database ledger with row-level security and append-only entries. Movement happens via OTC trades and admin-discretionary rewards.
Mainnet airdrop
At launch we snapshot ledger balances and airdrop on-chain PXL 1:1 to each holder's wallet. Internal balances drain to zero via withdrawal entries.
02 · Genesis allocation
The total supply is split between the Academy treasury and a closed set of pre-existing investors. Treasury PXL funds market-making and admin-discretionary quest rewards.

03 · OTC marketplace
Investors can sell PXL for PUSDT (and back) via the OTC orderbook in the dashboard. Mutual-discovery, manual fill, instant settlement, 1% fee in PXL. Liquidity is a function of how many holders are active — there's no market-maker bot.

When we move PXL on-chain, we will (a) freeze new ledger movements, (b) snapshot every wallet's balance, (c) deploy the on-chain contract, (d) airdrop tokens to each holder's wallet, (e) record `withdrawal_to_chain` entries that drain the database to zero. The plan is documented in the architecture spec and reviewed by counsel before execution.
05 · Disclosures
- PXL is not registered as a security in any jurisdiction. Holdings are subject to the Terms of Service and applicable Georgian law.
- There is no guaranteed value, no guaranteed liquidity, no guaranteed listing on any external exchange.
- Pre-mainnet, the database ledger is the source of truth. We treat reconciliation, conservation, and audit as non-negotiable.
- We do not promise PXL rewards on Legendary Quests. Any rewards are admin-discretionary and not tied to a specific schedule or amount.
